Warranty

We stand behind Ollie. Below is a clear overview of how warranty claims work, what’s covered, and what we need from you. Warranty terms may vary by marketplace and country.

Coverage

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (within the warranty period).
  • Hardware issues that occur under normal, intended use.
  • Verified defects present on arrival (DOA) when reported promptly with photos.
If something arrives damaged, please contact support as soon as possible and keep the original packaging if you can.
Exclusions

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fabric wear, etc.).
  • Damage from misuse, modifications, or incorrect assembly.
  • Damage caused by accidents, water exposure, or improper storage.
  • Issues caused by third-party parts or accessories not supplied/approved by us.
Claim process

How to file a claim

Send us the details below so we can help quickly:

  1. Your order number and purchase channel (webshop, Kickstarter, Amazon, retail partner).
  2. A short description of the issue (what happened, when you noticed it).
  3. Clear photos (and a short video if helpful), including a close-up and a wider shot.

If you purchased through Amazon or another marketplace, the platform’s policy may apply in addition to (or instead of) ours.

Spare parts

Replacement parts & support

If a part fails, we prefer to replace the part instead of the whole product when possible. This keeps Ollie in use and reduces waste.

Availability of spare parts depends on your model/version and production batch.
